Service Description

Standard / Maintenance Cleaning Our Standard (Maintenance) Cleaning service is designed to keep homes consistently clean, refreshed, and well-maintained through routine weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits. This service is intended for homes already in maintainable condition. Base Service Includes (1) Bedroom (1) Bathroom Kitchen Main Living Area Additional bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, or living spaces may be added for an additional charge. Included Cleaning Tasks Kitchen Wipe countertops, backsplash, and accessible exterior surfaces Clean and sanitize sink and faucet Wipe exterior of appliances Clean stovetop surface Empty trash and replace liner Bathroom Clean and sanitize toilet, shower/tub, sink, and fixtures Wipe mirrors and countertops Empty trash and replace liner Bedroom & Living Areas Dust furniture and reachable surfaces Light tidying and straightening Wipe accessible high-touch areas Bed making upon request Floors Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop accessible hard flooring General Remove trash from designated areas Light dusting of reachable surfaces and accessible baseboards Service Conditions Pricing is based on property size, condition, accessibility, and scope of work. This service does not include deep cleaning, heavy buildup removal, excessive clutter, post-construction cleanup, biohazards, mold remediation, pest-related cleaning, hoarding conditions, or specialty restoration services. Additional labor, heavily soiled areas, or conditions outside normal maintenance cleaning may require additional charges or conversion to a Deep Cleaning service. Add-on services including interior appliances, interior cabinets, dishes, laundry, organization, wall washing, and specialty cleaning are available for an additional fee unless specifically included in writing. Fampeca Cleaning Services provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Specialty or product-specific cleaning requests must be communicated in advance. Technicians do not move excessively heavy furniture, appliances, or large items. Areas blocked or inaccessible may not be cleaned. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to service. Fampeca Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly secured items, or normal wear and tear. Service concerns or damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Refunds are not guaranteed for completed services.


Cancellation Policy

Fampeca Cleaning Services – Booking Policy Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by our team. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling as needed and will notify clients of any changes. Minimum Service Requirement A minimum service charge applies to all appointments. Pricing may vary based on the size, condition, and scope of work requested. Arrival Window Our team operates within a scheduled 2-hour arrival window. Exact arrival times may vary depending on prior appointments and traffic conditions. Access to Property Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property (keys, codes, or on-site presence). If access is unavailable upon arrival, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Same-Day Bookings Same-day service requests are subject to availability and may include an additional fee. Payment Authorization By booking a service, clients authorize Fampeca Cleaning Services LLC to charge the provided payment method for completed services, applicable fees, and approved add-on services. Recurring Services Recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) continue until canceled by the client. A minimum 24-hour notice is required to pause, reschedule, or cancel recurring appointments. Service Conditions Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs significantly from the original description or if additional services are requested on-site. Pre-existing Conditions While our team exercises reasonable care during service, Fampeca Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, unsecured items, or materials/surfaces that are worn, aged, fragile, defective, or deteriorated beyond normal durability. Client Satisfaction Clients must report any service concerns within 24 hours of service completion so we may review and reasonably address the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed. Safety & Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse or stop service due to unsafe conditions, excessive clutter, pests, mold, biohazards, aggressive pets, or conditions that may risk the safety of our staff or property.
