To help maintain transparent pricing and accurate service expectations, Fampeca Cleaning Services uses a simple Dirt Code system to identify the overall condition of a home before cleaning. Dirt Codes help us determine the level of labor, time, and detail required for each service.

 

Our goal is to ensure every client receives fair pricing, proper scheduling, and the highest quality cleaning possible. Homes with excessive buildup, heavy grease, pet hair, biohazards, or neglected conditions may require upgraded service levels or additional time.

 

This system allows our team to provide more consistent results while helping homeowners clearly understand the condition-based scope of work for their cleaning service.

Dirt Code Guide

To help us schedule the proper amount of time and provide accurate pricing, please select the Dirt Code that best matches the current condition of your home.

🟢 Dirt Code 1 Light Maintenance

Well-maintained home with light dust and normal upkeep.

 

Best for:

  • Recurring weekly / biweekly cleanings

  • Minimal buildup

  • No strong odors or heavy clutter

 

Examples:

  • Light bathroom spotting

  • Minor kitchen use

  • Floors mostly clean

🟡 Dirt Code 2 Moderate Build-Up

Home needs additional attention beyond a standard maintenance cleaning.

 

Best for:

  • Monthly cleanings

  • Homes with kids or pets

  • Noticeable dust or grease buildup

 

Examples:

  • Soap scum buildup

  • Fingerprints on surfaces

  • Moderate floor dirt

  • More detailed bathroom/kitchen work needed

🟠 Dirt Code 3 Heavy Cleaning Required

Significant buildup requiring deep cleaning and extended labor time.

 

Best for:

  • First-time cleanings

  • Move-in/move-out conditions

  • Long periods without professional cleaning

 

Examples:

  • Heavy grease

  • Excessive pet hair

  • Heavy dust buildup

  • Hard water stains

  • Dirty baseboards and neglected areas

🔴 Dirt Code 4 Extreme Condition / Specialty Cleaning

Severely neglected conditions that may require custom quoting or specialty service.

 

Examples:

  • Biohazards

  • Excessive trash or clutter

  • Mold-like buildup

  • Smoke residue

  • Strong odors

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions

 

These projects may require an in-person assessment before scheduling.
