We focus on delivering a detailed final-phase clean that highlights the quality of the finished work and prepares the property for turnover. Ideal for newly built, remodeled, or renovated spaces, this service ensures your project is move-in ready and professionally presented. What’s Included General Cleaning Removal of construction dust from all accessible surfaces Wipe down walls, doors, baseboards, and trim Clean light switches, outlets, and high-touch areas Remove stickers, labels, and protective coverings (where applicable) Kitchen Clean and wipe all cabinetry (exterior) Clean countertops, backsplash, and surfaces Wipe exterior of appliances Clean and polish sink and fixtures Bathroom Clean and sanitize toilet, shower/tub, and sink Remove dust and residue from fixtures and surfaces Clean mirrors and glass Wipe cabinetry and countertops Floors Thorough vacuuming of carpets and surfaces Sweep and wet mop all hard flooring Detail edges, corners, and hard-to-reach areas Detail Work Clean baseboards, trim, and door frames Remove fine dust from vents, ledges, and fixtures Final touch-ups to ensure a clean, finished appearance Service Notes Pricing is based on project size, condition, and level of construction residue This service may be performed in phases (rough clean, final clean, touch-up clean) depending on project needs Heavy debris removal, paint overspray, adhesives, or specialized cleaning may require additional charges Utilities (water, power) should be available at time of service
Cancellation Policy
Fampeca Cleaning Services – Booking Policy Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by our team. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling as needed and will notify clients of any changes. Minimum Service Requirement A minimum service charge applies to all appointments. Pricing may vary based on the size, condition, and scope of work requested. Arrival Window Our team operates within a scheduled 2-hour arrival window. We will notify you when we are on the way. Exact arrival times may vary slightly depending on prior service conditions and traffic. Access to Property Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property (keys, codes, or on-site presence). If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Same-Day Bookings Same-day service requests are subject to availability and may include an additional service fee. Payment Authorization By booking a service, clients authorize Fampeca Cleaning Services to charge the provided payment method for completed services, applicable fees, and any approved additional services. Recurring Services Recurring cleaning services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) will automatically continue until canceled by the client. A 24-hour notice is required to pause, reschedule, or cancel recurring appointments. Service Conditions Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs significantly from the initial description or if additional services are requested on-site.
